    Must Be In LATAM Remote Outsourced Transaction Coordinator We’re looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator assistant to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Manage client information input into the database system in Fort Lauderdale, FL • Ensure all documentation submitted to the office broker complies with file regulations • Verify each document for correct signatures and dates to facilitate smooth transaction processes • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate repair prices, and oversee completion of repairs • Organize and participate in events related to the closing process, including moving schedules • Assist sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow paperwork for appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate written information to clients in a clear and accurate manner • Background in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is highly desirable • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience is preferred • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
