Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
The Transaction Coordinator at Exquisite Properties assists our agents in the real estate transaction from contract to close. The final 30-45 days have so many details - so a proficient eye is key. In addition, you must have the ability to work with multiple distractions and with agents who are often moving very quickly! A willingness to be organized and friendly is preferred. We ask that all applicants have a passion for service and a desire to make others better. Responsibilities: • You are the liaison between the clients, the banks, the appraisers, the title companies, the agents, and so many more! • Administrative duties as required by the manager, on behalf of the agent, client, and/or broker. • Managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining the related transactions file. • Greet clients/guests as they enter the office • Answering main company phone • Must be willing to do things outside of your job description. We're a team! Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills. • Respond well to stress and keep calm in all situations. • Exceptional grammatical, written, and oral communication. • Able to manage multiple projects, details, and timelines. • A natural problem solver - able to think outside the box! • Attention to detail and precision. • Professional presentation as you will sit at the front desk. • Supports the entire team in achieving their goals. • This is a full-time position with advancement opportunities especially if a career in real estate is something you desire. Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 yearly
