Transaction Coordinator – Real Estate | Orlando, FL $35,000 Base + Bonus | Total Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 About the Role We're looking for a licensed, people-first Transaction Coordinator to join one of Orlando's most recognized real estate brands. This is a salary plus bonus position with a $35,000 base, and the bonus structure is where it gets interesting. Most TCs in this market earn a flat salary and call it a day. We're offering a path to $55,000 - $70,000 in your first year because we believe in rewarding people who actually move the needle. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Your primary responsibility is managing transactions from contract to close while serving as a reliable, communicative point of contact for our buyers and sellers throughout the process (some touch points most likely even before they go under contract). • Specifically, you'll manage the full transaction timeline from executed contract through closing, maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, agents, lenders, and title, coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing logistics, and serve as the go-to resource when clients have questions mid-transaction. Qualifications: What We're Looking ForThe non-negotiables are a minimum of 2 years in a transaction support or coordination role somewhere in the real estate process, and 20+ deals closed or coordinated. You need to be an excellent and fast communicator — someone who returns calls and texts promptly and knows how to keep clients calm and informed. Genuine people skills matter here; you actually enjoy talking to clients and solving their problems. You're detail-oriented with nothing falling through the cracks, comfortable with CRM tools, Dotloop, Skyslope, and MLS, and coachable and collaborative with a team-first mindset.LocationThis is a work-from-home remote position BUT Central Florida candidates strongly preferred because of their familiarity with the Orlando market. Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000
