For over 25 years, we have been buying and renovating houses. Our focus is on helping homeowners take back control over their situation and start living life on their terms. About the Role: We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator who can grow, maintain, and assist our valued home buyer network. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, and ensure offers are approved. Base salary plus significant company and individual bonuses. Responsibilities: • Manage our buyer network while continuing to grow and build additional relationships • Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues • Create and distribute property flyers using software platforms • Track and enter crucial dates for transactions on a paperless platform • Oversee and assist with transactions throughout the entire escrow process • Provide indispensable administrative support • May require minimal light lifting Qualifications: • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple points of contact simultaneously • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Driven by the desire to provide consistent and excellent customer experience • Showcase exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment • Proficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite • Team-player mindset but also able to work independently Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
