What You’ll Do: In this role, you'll take ownership of real estate transactions from contract to close. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring every step is executed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating with title companies, lenders, clients, agents, and contractors • Monitoring key dates, documents, and compliance requirements • Communicating clearly and consistently with all parties involved • Juggling multiple transactions while keeping everything organized and on track What We Offer:Flexible part-time hours to fit your schedule • Hybrid work setup – work from home with required in-office meetings on Monday and Thursday mornings • A supportive, positive team environment where your attention to detail and reliability are truly valued The Ideal Candidate: • Exceptionally organized and task-oriented • A clear communicator who’s comfortable following up and following through • Experienced with real estate transactions or eager to learn the ropes Responsibilities: • Oversee all contract-to-close details for real estate transactions • Communicate with clients, agents, contractors, title companies, and lenders • Ensure all transaction documents are complete and compliant • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings • Maintain and update transaction checklists • Keep agents informed of transaction progress • Respond promptly to emails, calls, and updates • Track deadlines and stay ahead of key dates Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service Compensation: $40,000+
