    Our real estate company is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our agents with their valued home buyers and sellers to navigate through the process to ensure all paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate, schedule inspection appointments, followed by vendor appointments and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are documented and signed off on in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Arrange for and attend events related to the transaction, from inspections to closings Qualifications: • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • NC & SC Real Estate Licenses Required Compensation: $24,000 - $65,000 yearly
