The Jessica Duncan Team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Journey Concierge to manage the behind-the-scenes operations of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. This role is operational and internal-facing, supporting agents and leadership by ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in structured workflows, enjoys precision-driven work, and brings experience from transaction coordination or mortgage processing. Responsibilities: Contract-to-Close Operations • Review executed contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Open, organize, and manage transactions in Dotloop or a similar platform • Track deadlines, contingencies, and contractual timelines • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, surveys, and repair documentation • Communicate with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and inspection vendors • Prepare and audit transaction files to ensure closing readiness • Confirm funding, recording, and successful closing completion Agent Internal Team Support • Provide operational support to agents after contract execution • Supply agents with timelines, updates, and required action items • Identify potential issues early and flag them for resolution • Maintain consistent transaction workflows across the team • Ensure agents have accurate information to support client communication Compliance File Management • Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready transaction files • Ensure brokerage, MLS, and state compliance requirements are met • Upload, label, and manage documents within Dotloop • Manage MLS status changes and deadline tracking accurately • Support broker compliance reviews and audits as needed What Success Looks Like • Transactions move smoothly from contract to close • Files are consistently accurate, compliant, and audit-ready • Agents feel supported and protected operationally • Potential issues are identified early and resolved efficiently • Closings occur on time with minimal friction Qualifications: Preferred Experience & Qualifications • Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Mortgage Processor, Closing Assistant, or similar role preferred • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and lender processes • Dotloop experience preferred but not required • Experience working with lenders, title companies, and inspection vendors • Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management • Strong written communication skills • Highly organized and process-driven • Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously • Thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
