Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Must have great attention to detail • Must have outstanding communication and follow-through • Must be friendly and enjoy working with details to complete tasks Qualifications: • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Passionate about providing excellent customer service • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must have a strong attention to detail • Must love handling details until the task is complete • Must be a self-starting individual who can work independently to accomplish tasks Compensation: $300 dollars per file
