    Responsibilities - Real Estate Paralegal

    Independently manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.

    Review and organize closing documents.

    Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.

    Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of real estate closings procedural requirements.

    Apprise attorneys of progress and any issues related to closing deadlines and documents.

    Communicate directly with clients and real estate professionals regarding transaction status and requirements.

    Qualifications - Real Estate Paralegal

    Minimum of three years as paralegal handling real estate transactions and closings (Florida experience preferred).

    Knowledge of title matters.

    Superior proofreading abilities.

    Professional interaction with clients and other parties to real estate closings.

    Ability to exercise sound judgment.

    Strong written skills.

    Real estate transaction software knowledge.

    Compensation Range - Real Estate Paralegal

    $75,000 – 90,000 annually commensurate with relevant experience

    Work Location

    On-site at the Firm’s beautiful law office in Naples, Florida.
