    We’re looking for a Real Estate Underwriting Manager to take ownership of our underwriting department, ensuring all acquisitions meet high-accuracy pricing standards and align with current market conditions. This is a highly strategic role where you will lead underwriting analysis projects, oversee an Underwriting Assistant, and drive profitable deal flow. Lead ARV Strategy & Pricing Accuracy • Approve final ARVs and disposition pricing to reflect true market performance. • Maintain healthy deals sent to the dispositions team for the high probability of being sold **** —our deals should launch with accurate market-aligned numbers. • Maintain High Sold Accuracy of All Comps —sold prices must stay within an acceptable range of initial projections. • Maintain low direct acquisition cancellation rates by catching deal risks early. • Monitor buyer behavior, pricing trends, and market conditions to inform strategic adjustments. 2. Underwriting Oversight & Deal Flow Management • Approve ARVs and dispo prices that reflect real-time market conditions and internal risk thresholds. • Review “Go-Live” deals daily—update Trello with final underwriting inputs and adjustments. • Ensure every comp decision is well-documented, consistent, and based on logic—not guesswork. • Maintain a 24-hour underwriting turnaround to keep acquisition momentum moving. • Assist in closing deals yourself when the department is overwhelmed with volume. 4. Team Leadership & Associate Coaching • Manage and coach the Underwriting Assistant to improve pricing consistency and comp methodology. • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching calls to review performance, KPIs, and pricing variances. • Identify training needs and implement coaching to correct recurring mistakes. • Create SOPs and internal guides to increase underwriting precision across the board. 5. Operational Execution & Reporting • Submit weekly and monthly reporting to leadership, including: • Deal reviews completed • Accuracy metrics • Market trend summaries and pricing suggestions • Use Trello, Discord, and Google Sheets to manage active underwriting files and maintain visibility across the team. • Monitor KPIs and help leadership make data-informed decisions about market approach and acquisition strategy. Qualifications: Qualifications • 2+ years of real estate underwriting, acquisitions analysis, or valuation experience. • Expert in ARV analysis, comp methodology, and rental evaluations. • Strong working knowledge of multiple real estate markets ( Florida preferred ). • Previous experience in wholesaling or working with investors is a plus. • High-level organization, data discipline, and documentation habits. • Comfortable leading coaching conversations and building system improvements. • Tech-savvy: Familiar with spreadsheets, CRMs, Trello, and real estate sites. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
