Short-Form Real Estate Videographer & Editor (iPhone Footage, Reels Style) Location: On-Site (Philadelphia/Main Line Properties - familiarity a plus) About Us: We’re a top-producing luxury real estate team based on Philadelphia’s Main Line, known for our elevated marketing and polished brand presence. We’re looking for a talented freelance videographer/editor to help us create visually striking, emotionally engaging Instagram Reels using iPhone-shot footage. The Role: We’ll provide you with short, POV-style clips—think cinematic moments like light cascading over stone, a hand trailing past a doorway, or a reflection in a window. Your job is to bring these visuals to life through: • Music that enhances the mood (we’ll guide the genre per property) • Tasteful, minimal captions (we’ll provide the script) • Subtle branding or a stylish cameo of our lead agent (non-speaking) Deliverables: • Final edited video: 15–30 seconds • Format: Instagram Reels • Turnaround: 48–72 hours preferred What We're Looking For: • Experience editing Reels or TikToks in a refined, story-driven style • Bonus points for real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand work • Understanding of pacing, mood, and aesthetic consistency • Promoting a luxury brand Responsibilities: • Edit and manipulate videos to produce high quality results • Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients • Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the video shoot to help ensure the best visual results • Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way • Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop • Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required • Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines • Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects • Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment Compensation: $40 - $60 hourly
