As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Buyer Intake Specialist, your primary responsibility is to manage and qualify inbound buyers. You will be the first point of contact for new investors, ensuring every buyer is: • Responded quickly • Properly qualified • Accurately documented Your role is not to close deals, but to build a strong pipeline of ready-to-transact buyers by fully completing each buyer’s profile and passing them off to the dispositions team. This position requires speed, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up. Incomplete or inaccurate information leads to lost deals, so precision is critical. Responsibilities: Buyer Intake & Qualification (Primary Focus): • Respond to all new buyer inquiries (InvestorLift, inbound leads) within 5 minutes • Call and text all new buyers to establish contact and build rapport • Ask the right questions to fully understand the buying criteria • Accurately complete and update each buyer’s buy box • Ensure 100% completeness and accuracy before passing to dispo InvestorLyft Inquiries: • Respond to inquiries through InvestorLyft with professionalism and speed • Provide clear, detailed information to buyers, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly • Coordinate with disposition specialists to ensure investor needs are met • Respond to all Investor Lyft inquiries within 10 minutes • Clear inboxes daily and ensure efficient communication with buyers and disposition specialists Handoff to Dispositions Team: • Pass fully qualified buyers to dispo reps • Ensure dispo has: • Complete buy box • Communication notes • Confirmation Deal has been sent and received • No half-complete profiles. No guessing CRM & Data Accuracy (GoHighLevel): • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and activities in GoHighLevel • Ensure every buyer profile is fully built out before handoff • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within the CRM Qualifications: • Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken. Spanish is a strong plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Real estate experience and knowledge are a must • Prior experience in sms workflow roles and confidence in communicating with potential buyers • Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys constantly learning and taking on new tasks Tool Requirements: • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS • USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam Compensation: $4 - $6 hourly
