You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Manage client information input into the database system in Fort Lauderdale, FL. • Ensure all documentation submitted to the office broker complies with file regulations. • Verify each document for correct signatures and dates to facilitate smooth transaction processes. • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate repair prices, and oversee completion of repairs. • Organize and participate in events related to the closing process, including moving schedules. • Assist sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow paperwork for appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans. Qualifications: • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • High school diploma or equivalent required • Available evenings and weekends • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate written information to clients in a clear and accurate manner. • Background in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is highly desirable. Compensation: $700 monthly
