We’re growing our real estate investment and wholesale team and are looking for a driven professional who enjoys negotiating, problem-solving, and closing deals from start to finish. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment and thrives on performance-based results. You’ll be responsible for evaluating property opportunities, communicating with sellers, and guiding deals through the acquisition process, all without leaving your home office. Responsibilities: • Speak directly with property owners to understand their goals and present purchase options • Review property details, market data, and comparable sales to determine offer strategies • Manage leads and conversations through our CRM system • Prepare and coordinate offers, contracts, and related documentation • Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward • Track progress and maintain accurate deal records • Stay informed on market activity and investment trends Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable negotiating and handling objections • Self-motivated and able to manage your time in a remote setting • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on closing • Real estate, acquisitions, or inside sales experience is a plus • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or equivalent experience is helpful but not required
