You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
