JOB TITLE: PAID SOCIAL PARTNER MANAGER
REQUIRED:
Candidate should be well versed in the Facebook Ads Manager Tool. Real Eyes digital is looking for Paid Social Partner Managers to help clients realize and achieve their potential. This individual should have experience managing Facebook/ Instagram performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is strategic, analytical, solutions-driven and client-centric. The Paid Social Partner Manager will establish and manage key client relationships with a focus on driving sales and using data, analytics & creative to build a consultative solution for our customers. This is an outstanding opportunity to become a social marketing expert and to work with growing start-up ecommerce brands in Silicon Beach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day media buying on Facebook ad platform & achieving performance marketing KPI's consistently
Develop creative ad testing strategies, including development of creative briefs and ad execution formats that drive increased sales.
Build and manage relationships with 5-7 clients including responding to daily messaging, weekly client meetings, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions
Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
Requires strong project management skills to prioritize day-to-day standard tasks, test activations, and campaign optimization
Oversee all reporting, measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Facebook Blueprint Certification goes to top of the list.
Extensive paid media buying experience on Facebook/Instagram.
Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)
2-5 years of marketing experience in direct response media buying (Budgets in excess of $300k)
Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
Expert knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Snap, or Google’s ad products
Superb communication skills & analytical skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced data manipulation and report automation)
BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
