The Account Executive is an exciting ‘hunter’ role that requires passion and energy for outbound prospecting, creating opportunities, and closing business. This role is a great way to write your own paychecks and join one of the hottest tech startups around.  Responsibilities: • Outbound Sales (Inside/Phone) • Prospect for new customers through cold calling and other lead generation efforts as assigned • Develop and manage a pipeline of quality business opportunities • Maintain accurate records of all Lead and Prospecting activities in SalesForce • Be entrepreneurial in thinking and business management • Be passionate about sales with high energy and a willingness to learn • Motivated to make money, help agents grow their business, and flourish in a team environment Qualifications: • College degree • Professional demeanor on the phone, email, and in-person • Ability to listen and identify the prospect's needs • Effective and continuous learner • Impeccable integrity • SalesForce experience preferred • Goal-oriented • Strong set of outbound sales skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
