    Tech Start Up: SaaS Inside Sales Representative needed! We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to assist our growing Real Estate Software Company in Dallas, Texas! You will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your job as an inside sales representative is to educate the consumer on the benefits of all our features, products and services so they can make an educated decision that fits their needs. You will be sharing with them the main points of our product and how it fits their goals. This role requires a self-motivated, driven individual who is goal-oriented, tenacious, and loves working alongside a team of other sales professionals. You'll also be working in conjunction with our technical support representatives to comprehensively serve the customer. Master our current suite of tools (Salesforce, insidesales.com, etc.) • Successfully build and manage sustainable pipeline • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns as they pertain to purchasing our product • Continually learn our products, industry, and needs of our clients  • Use a consultative sales approach (solution selling based on needs) • Continue to develop sales skills while executing on current best practices • Close business while setting right expectations for each customer  • Work with tech support staff to comprehensively meet the needs of the customer • Take ownership of your own work • Continuous learning and attitude of adaptability Qualifications: • 3+ years experience in selling Software/SaaS (B2B inside-sales preferred)  • Experience operating within an innovative online product environment  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry preferred  • MUST have strong background knowledge of using/selling software  • Professional through all communication in person, over the phone, and email • Ability to listen and identify the prospect's needs  • Ability to overcome objections and provide solutions  • Effective and continuous learner  • Impeccable integrity  • Salesforce experience preferred  • Goal-oriented  • Strong set of outbound sales skills  • Exceptional closing skills  • Ability to work with team members in other departments to successfully serve the customer • Flexibility and commitment to a job well-done • Reliable and self-disciplined sales professional Compensation: $100,000 at plan
