Reports to: Founder + Senior HR Consultant
Location: Remote (must live/work in NV, CA, AZ, TX, or FL)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

JOB BRIEF
Part-time Virtual HR Business Partner (HR Advisor) will provide various HR Support Services and valuable HR advice to Real HR Hero clients and staff.
This position is a combination of an HR Business Partner, HR Admin, and Client Advisor/Consultant.
You will assist with projects but also handle projects of your own. At Real HR Hero, we tailor our services to meet the client’s needs -- from Talent Acquisition to Separation and BEYOND!

We are looking for someone that is bilingual - English/Spanish.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, with progressive multi-state HR experience.
We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, a leader, a self-starter, has a desire to create, is detail-oriented, responsive, and has a sense of humor.
Ultimately, you should remain productive and handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Initiate, assist with, and lead human resource programs and projects.
- Conduct research through various methods.
- Conduct HR Assessments and Gap Analysis.
- Compliance advisor.
- Provide knowledgeable and experienced-based advice and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and management of personnel.
- Assist clients with plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
- Assist in the development and integration of policies.
- Help establish and document control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices.
- Assist clients with payroll processing, payroll software implementations, reporting, etc.
- Keep up with new regulations, trends, HR best practices.
- Consult with client management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Help clients resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Suggest new HR strategies.
- Assist with drafting compliance notifications.
- Draft Employee Handbooks.
- Various HR administrative and analytical support tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in English/Spanish, highly preferred.
- Prefer 6+ years of progressive multi-state HR experience, resulting in Consulting experience.
- Must have proven HR experience in the more complex states i.e. CA or NY
- Interested in unconventional lifelong learning
- Experience in project management, preferably HR related.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices – Multi-state
- A high sense of urgency - get it done attitude.
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll, etc.)
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- A team player
- Positive and outlook on the HR function
- Must have a semi-private home office. A place to facilitate/attend uninterrupted (as much as possible) virtual meetings.
