Responsibilities: Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments Contact potential sellers to schedule and conduct listing presentations to showcase agency’s unprecedented customer service Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline • Provide one of a kind customer service to buyers and sellers • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies An independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Fast thinker and proactive • 2 Years of Experience • ACTIVE ILLINOIS REAL ESTATE LICENSE Compensation: $100,000+
