Responsibilities: Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure great customer service Work with Buyers' Agents to handle contract process and ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Handle all aspects of MLS and put signs up/down Hold open houses regularly • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline • Provide one of a kind customer service to buyers and sellers • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Ability to communicate effectively Great people skills An independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies • 2 Years of Experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
