Candidates should be experienced problem-solvers, well-organized, detail-oriented, and time-efficient. Responsibilities: Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance Oversee payroll so employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently • Prepares financial reports daily and ensures accuracy and timeliness Qualifications: • Expert knowledge of Excel, QBO, and other related software tools • Must have 3 or more years of work experience in accounting or finance • Excellent communication, time management and project management skill required Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000 yearly
