Also include a resume attached Apply to this email: bryant@rpmcoast.com Leasing Coordinator: Manages the entire leasing process and serves as the main point of contact for the property owners. Screens applicants, drafts leases, and coordinates move-ins and move-outs for the rental properties we manage. Work Experience: The ideal candidate will have - Leasing experience - Customer service Skills: The ideal candidate possesses the following skills: - Speak Spanish is a plus but not necessary - Amazing customer service, ability to deal with difficult customers/situations. - Basic computer skills - Quick data entry - Happy and pleasant demeanor - Ability to work in a team setting Responsibilities: Welcome New Property Owners: - Main point of contact for new clients - Call new owners, discuss property, set expectations, - Data entry of new owners into system, obtain needed info Communicate with clients during the leasing process: - Set expectation w/ owner on leasing process - Sends comps & sets rental price - Perform weekly owner updates - Coordinate maintenance needs to ensure property is rent ready Process rental applications: - Main point of contact for the applicant, helps applicant complete application. - Screens application by pulling credit report, calling references, verifying income, etc. - Notifies applicants of approval or denial. - Coordinates with the Leasing Team regarding approved residents/move-ins. Lease Signing and Move in Process: - Arranges lease signing w/ resident, and security deposit payment - Coordinates move-in with new resident & owner by arranging move-in day, move-in inspection, handles resident in office on move-in day, sets new resident expectations, prepares keys. Coordinate Move-out Process: - Communicate w/ owner & resident during move-out process - Arrange move-out inspection & utilities - Arrange marketing of property w/ Leasing Team - Communicate w/ owner at move out day - Compare move-out & move-in inspection, create the move-out estimate request and send to the maintenance team. - Coordinate security deposit refund w/ Office Team
