    About Us: Real Property Management Colorado (RPM)is a privately owned residential leasing and property management company based in Denver, Colorado since 2007. The company currently has offices in the Denver, Colorado Springs and Ft. Collins/Loveland Metro Areas. RPM primarily focuses on the leasing, management and maintenance of a large portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos and small apartment buildings. Daily activities for the company include inbound and outbound sales, marketing and showing vacant rental properties, screening potential tenants, drafting lease agreements, processing rents, and coordination of maintenance repairs and services. Individual property owners, investors, banks, REIT’s, governmental agencies and real estate professionals are typical clients of the company. RPM currently services its customer base with approximately 35 high performing and talented employees in the Accounting, Leasing, Maintenance and Sales Departments.     Job Summary:

    The Front Desk Associate is for many the first point of contact with the Company. The Front Desk Associate is focused on handling incoming calls and foot traffic with the highest quality of customer service. The Associate provides clerical and administrative support to the other departments within the Company.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities

    Customer Service/Receptionist

    Answer all incoming calls, handling caller’s inquiries or re-directing calls as appropriate

    Greet, assist and/or direct all visitors to the Company

    Clerical and Administrative Support

    Set up and process paperwork for new properties

    Print new owner packets

    Accurate advertising of properties

    Manage and maintain the application process

    Receipt and ensure proper handling of security deposits brought into office

    Receipt and ensure proper handling of rent payments

    Process move-in sheets by printing, filing and uploading into Company’s software

    Coordinate visits to the property between the owner, third parties and tenants

    General Office Support

    Kitchen duties

    Open and deliver mail

    Receive and relay faxes and voicemails

    Assist with mailings

    Able to interact with visitors in a friendly and respectful manner

    Flexibility and exceptional multi-tasking abilities

    Supports the needs of co-workers and other departments

    Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information

    Minimum Requirements

    Verbal and written proficiency in the English language

    High school diploma, GED or equivalent

    Ability to effectively communicate with callers, visitors and other team members

    Ability to analyze information as provided by applicants for accuracy

    Ability to enter data with a high degree of accuracy

    Ability to answer multiple calls at one time

    Physical and Mental Demands

    Ability to lift up to twenty pounds

    Ability to sit for extended periods of time

    Ability to learn internet based software/apps

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, and Excel

    Basic math skills

    Ability to manage a number of requests and situations simultaneously

    Working Conditions

    Moderate noise within company office (examples: business office with computers, printers, and light traffic)
