    About Us: Real Property Management Colorado (RPM)is a privately owned residential leasing and property management company based in Denver, Colorado since 2007. The company currently has offices in the Denver, Colorado Springs and Ft. Collins/Loveland Metro Areas. RPM primarily focuses on the leasing, management and maintenance of a large portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos and small apartment buildings. Daily activities for the company include inbound and outbound sales, marketing and showing vacant rental properties, screening potential tenants, drafting lease agreements, processing rents, and coordination of maintenance repairs and services. Individual property owners, investors, banks, REIT’s, governmental agencies and real estate professionals are typical clients of the company. RPM currently services its customer base with approximately 35 high performing and talented employees in the Sales, Accounting, Leasing, Maintenance and Sales Departments.     Job Summary: Real Property Management Colorado is looking for a dynamic and driven professional to take on the leadership and management of our Sales and Marketing activities. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will lead a team of high performance sales professionals and oversee the structure and systems within the department. The primary focus is executing the company’s strategic sales plan, growing our sales team and its capabilities, while enhancing the department’s overall sales performance. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will oversee the sales team in existing markets up and down the Front Range and future expansion markets. This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations.

    Compensation and Benefits: This position will have an annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience, with a bonus structure that will provide a total compensation target of $120,000/year. The company also offers medical, dental, 401K and a company car.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities

    A member of the Executive Team with a company-wide responsibility as a role model, motivator, team leader and culture builder, promoting Real Property Management Colorado’s mission, vision and values and strategy

    Provide strong leadership, management and development of the Sales Team

    Ensure achievement of clearly defined Departmental goals, milestones, and KPIs

    Establish and communicate goals and targets for individual Sales Team members along with monitoring sales leads and activities

    Strong focus on customer acquisition strategies, both existing and new sales initiatives

    Source, interview and onboard new team members as needed and execute key training and development programs

    Leverage technology in both marketing and sales efforts across the Department

    Develop and/or make improvements to existing marketing initiatives including sales collateral materials, electronic marketing campaigns, social media presence, company websites, SEO, SEM and company sponsored events ensuring the brand messaging is embodied in all communications and customer experiences

    Interact directly with prospects and customers on a regular basis to better understand their service needs and competing service offerings

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree Required. A focus on Business Administration is beneficially weighted (Marketing, Finance, Management, Economics, etc.)

    Minimum of 7 years of direct Sales and Marketing experience

    Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales management

    Valid Driver’s License

    Colorado Real Estate License and/or experience beneficially weighted

    Physical and Mental Demands

    Ability to sit for extended periods of time in the car, on an airplane or at the office

    The potential for some travel to markets outside of Colorado exists

    Business math capabilities

    Ability to learn internet based software/apps

    Intermediate/Advanced understanding of lead management and CRM software

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    Working Conditions

    Position will require travel to customers locally (Colorado Front Range) and travel outside of Colorado likely in the future.

    Moderate noise within company office and offsite jobsites (examples: business office with computers, printers, and light traffic)
