    We at Real Property Management Express are looking for someone who loves customer service. If you think you are who we are looking for, send in your application.

    The Office Receptionist is responsible for customer retention through prompt, polite, and efficient customer service for everyone we serve, including residents, property owners, vendors, and team members. You will be the first one to respond to all inquiries - if you don't know the answer, you will know where and how to find it.

    The perfect candidate:

    Has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You might love making people comfortable, welcoming them with a smile, being the first to greet them, or hold a door open and answer every call with brightness and cheer.

    Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and serious about personal and organizational growth.

    May have done event planning, or bookkeeping because you're good at logistics and details, and you like to write lists and work from a checklist.

    Enjoy working on a team most of the time, and alone some of the time. We need to know that you can do the work even without being supervised.

    Is "tech-savvy" and understand Google Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).

    Is very dependable.

    Do not take things personally, have feelings hurt, or get offended easily. Stays objective and likes to always use logic to make decisions. Property Management can be a tough industry and there may be some instances where we cannot make the customer 100% happy.

    Is cool and relaxed, but will always be pushing to get things done. It's important that you LIKE to take responsibility and your main focus is always delivering results, sometimes by meeting deadlines on certain assigned tasks.

    Has a positive outlook on life with a drive to succeed and grow. We are a team, consistently working to grow and build a successful organization!

    The main components of the work would be:

    Greeting people with a smile as they walk into the office. Be the first to say hello!

    Answering phone calls and emails about basic information related to the company and the services we offer.

    Redirect phone calls and emails to the right person/team.

    Assist walk-ins with their needs. This could be a lot of various things:

    Offering them something to drink.

    Conducting move-in/move-out orientation for tenants.

    Answering inquiries about renting with us.

    Signing their lease in person.

    Interacting with and providing keys and other resources to vendors/maintenance.

    Receipting invoices, rent payments, important documents, etc.

    Ensuring the front office is organized and welcoming to all that walk through the door.

    You would start with us, training during a normal 8-5 CST schedule, Monday to Friday.
