Management of tenants, leases, lease renewals, etc.3. Advertising of properties.4. Work order and property evaluation review. 5. Prepare delinquent rent payment report. Create 5 Day Notices. Send past due reminders. Monitor payment. Begin eviction process for unpaid using checklists.
- Communication with property owners.7. Audit all rental statements. Understand tenant ledgers and owner statements. Review owner statements.8. Monthly lease renewals. Perform rent review/Rent Analysis for Lease Renewals. Approve recommendations with Owners. 9. Attend and participate in office meetings and continuing education.10. Attend and participate in training sessions as directed by management.11. Adhere to all procedures required in this role. Use appropriate check lists. Abide by all policies.12. Provide feedback for and participate in continuous improvement of procedures and processes.13. 100% responsibility for properties and duties assigned by management.14.
