The G/L Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the accountancy related functions of the business.
Real Property Management relies on the Accountant to demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants and to instill confidence in our services by creating and directing world-class accounting processes.
REQUIREMENTS
4 plus years’ experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping, preferably in Residential Property Management. AppFolio experience a plus.
Advanced accounting knowledge
Local area knowledge
Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office
Managing referrals across departments
The Bookkeeper is highly analytical and organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Accountant is a natural communicator, with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, impeccable integrity, and a professional demeanor. There may be other administrative tasks assigned as well. All team-members support each other.
This is a part time position. Full time could be offered in the future.
