    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Property Management Administrative Assistant for our portfolio property management team.

    The importance of this function is often overlooked, yet mystery shopping and investor research campaigns show time and time again that the Property Management Administrative Assistant has the power to make or break a company.

    The Property Management Administrative Assistant is a generalist who deals with a multitude of inbound and outbound communication, whether phone calls, written correspondence or walk-ins. They will interact with tenants, prospective tenants, prospective investors, tradespeople and clients, each with different needs and information requests.

    With the right approach, the Property Management Administrative Assistant role is an excellent starting point for a long and successful career in property management

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Some Property Management Experience a plus but not required

    Proficient in common technology platforms

    Customer Service experience valuable

    Personal Attributes:

    Is highly organized with excellent time management skills

    Has a deep desire to improve

    Displays a customer focus

    Establishes rapport easily

    Has a proactive approach to systems and procedures

    Exhibits an exceptional work ethic

    Has an understanding of the importance of the team and the individual’s place in it
