This position is for a residential building in Harbor City, CA. Onsite coordinator will need to live on the property and rent will be discounted as part of the compensation. You will be able to live on-site, in a 1 bedroom apartment.

Duties Include
Showing apartments
Communicating with tenants
Delivering weekly reports to Sr Property Manager
Directing vendors and maintenance techs
Daily walks of the property
Delivering notices
Keeping a clean and tidy office onsite
Compensation
$15 hour

Requirements
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH FLUENTLY
Real Estate license preferred but not required
Willing to allow a background and credit check
Trustworthy and Diligent
Able to work independently without direct supervision daily
COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT
