Real Property Management Sunstate is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Assistant with job duties both in the office and outside of the office. The Assistant is responsible for aiding in the process for a busy residential property management company. This job is a part to full time position and is perfect for those needing additional income. Strong candidate will be highly detail oriented, presentable, well spoken and have a clean vehicle.

Responsibilities

Update property files

Detailed communication with clients

Perform and process property assessments both basic and detailed as needed

Perform work in a timely manner

After-hours calls and site visits as necessary

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience with some form of business to consumer or customer service

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and staff

General knowledge of residential property

Willingness to learn

Must provide own transportation
