Real Property Management Sunstate is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven, Property Management Field Assistant, with job duties primarily outside of the office. The assistant is responsible for aiding in the process for a busy residential property management company. This job is a part-time hourly position. A strong candidate will be highly detail-oriented, presentable, well-spoken, and have a clean vehicle. Experience in residential property management or property inspection is required.

Responsibilities

Perform and process property assessments, both basic and detailed

Primary marketing field support for the team

Take and process marketing photos

Update property files

Detailed communication with team and clients

Perform work in an organized and timely manner

After-hours calls and site visits as necessary

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-2 years experience with some form of residential property management or inspection

Experienced with, or ability to learn, AppFolio property management software

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff

General knowledge of residential property

Willingness to learn

Must provide own transportation (we reimburse mileage)
