Part Time Administration Bookkeeping
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with administration/ bookkeeping experience. This position is presently part time (15- 20 hours a week). Position requires you to have strong communication skills, customer service and MS office experience. Basic Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable skills and Quickbooks required.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the maintenance company director
Perform customer service functions by phone, text, email
Apply customer payments, make bank deposits
Reconcile bank statement and credit card statements
NC Sales & Use tax payment online
General data entry of purchases & job costs, using Quickbooks for company invoicing
Assist with tracking time for payroll for 3-5 employees
Assist company director with job scheduling
Learn and utilize cloud based vendor software
Be dependable and have reliable transportation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' related experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and spreadsheets (Google and excel)
Experience with QuickBooks
Attention to detail, ability to learn industry-specific process & software programs.
Experience in property maintenance a plus.
Must be dependable, maintain high level of attendance, and able to work in fast-paced environment
