We are currently seeking a highly motivated Home Maintenance Handyman for an established maintenance company. This person is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for managed properties. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general skills including troubleshooting residential issues. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.

Responsibilities

Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned

Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services

Perform work in a timely manner, recording time and materials used

Ability to communicate the detail of a necessary repair

Support other technicians and supervisor in job completion

Willing to access roof or crawlspace for repair as necessary

After-hours calls and site visits as necessary

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3 + years’ experience

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff

General maintenance repair knowledge, and understanding of residential construction practices

Willingness to learn

Understand some repairs may hold urgency and act accordingly

Willingness to be on-call 24/7 as needed

Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation

Be dependable and able to work full time
