• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN | Remote or Hybrid
• Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

What you will do as a Real Time Analyst:

• Monitor and manage real-time inbound call traffic within a call management system
• Monitor staff adherence using workforce management tools
• Perform administrative tasks through a ticketing system, including building agent profiles, modifying schedules, and providing time-off recommendations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support the contact center’s operating model and service goals

What you will bring to the Real Time Analyst role:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Prior call center experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with management
• Experience with Avaya CMS Supervisor and Avaya Workforce Optimization preferred. Cisco and Verint experience acceptable
