Job Description
The Real-Time Graphics Specialist is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and optimization of high-quality real-time broadcast graphics for live studio and event productions. This role blends advanced creative execution with strong technical expertise to support dynamic, on-air visual storytelling.
The Specialist manages the graphics production lifecycle — from concept through live delivery — while collaborating closely with producers, directors, and technical teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining broadcast standards, improving workflows, troubleshooting live graphics issues, and contributing to innovation in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality production VR, and data-driven graphics.
This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, precision, technical depth, and the ability to perform under live broadcast deadlines.

Collaborate with producers, directors, show teams, and technical staff to meet project goals
Serve as a primary contact for troubleshooting real-time graphics issues during live broadcasts
Support graphics playout in live event and studio environments
Work closely with production teams to design graphics tailored to specific programs or segments
Communicate clearly with to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery
Independently research and resolve technical challenges
