Motto Mortgage Reserve is looking for a loan processor with 1-2 years experience. We specialize in FHA, VA, and conventional loans.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• 1 - 2 years experience
• Detail Oriented
• Can type at least 50 WPM
• Proficient Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Encompass experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's in Finance preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication
• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and trends
• Flexible Schedule

Job Description:

• Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
• Collect all required documentation for the loan package
• Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
• Submit files to assigned Underwriter
• Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter
• Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines
• Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies
• Part Time/Full Time Depending on Candidate

Compensation depending on experience.
