    CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

    REPORTS TO: Human Resources Director

    COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary

    SUMMARY

    The Recruiter shall be responsible for identifying, selecting and hiring top-level talent to join RTR’s team. This involves HIGH-VOLUME, full-cycle recruiting - assisting hiring managers in sourcing, selection, interviewing, and facilitating the interview and hiring process for candidates in various locations.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    · Source candidates for open positions through online job sites, resume-search outreach, social media, career fairs, job expos, networking, and employee referral program.

    · Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

    · Sort, evaluate and screen resumes received in response to advertisements for open positions.

    · Schedule and conduct multi-tiered, behaviorally based interviews to evaluate potential employee's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    · Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating offer letter, welcome information, and new hire training.

    · Follow up with all new team members to assist in their assimilation into the organization.

    · Partner with senior management and hiring managers to understand the needs of business and develop a staffing plan to support current hiring needs and future growth.

    · Assist in implementing best practices and supporting diversity initiatives within the recruitment function.

    · Travel to other office sites may be required to assist in remote recruiting.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    · Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

    · 2 years‘ recruiting or HR experience required

    · 1 year of recruiting or HR in a Call Center is required

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    · Ability to manage assigned open requisitions and work well autonomously as well as part of a team.

    · Advanced computer skills, including applicant tracking system knowledge, MS Office, and online job boards

    · Ability to write creative and attractive job advertisements that attract high caliber candidates

    · A natural at building and maintaining relationships with candidates and business leaders

    · Results driven self-starter with a high level of motivation

    · Ability to maintain confidentiality

    · Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
