ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Research and document bankruptcy case information in order to identify and pursue appropriation actions such as filing proofs of claim
• Quality Control
• Process and document correspondence
• Update account information into company’s servicing system
• Monitor assigned queue and follow up accordingly
• Preform other duties and projects as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3.0 GPA required or Commensurate Experience
• Previous Mortgage or Bankruptcy experience highly preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and credit check to client required standards
• Review, comprehend and document bankruptcy court documents including bankruptcy schedules, bankruptcy plans and proofs of claims
• Follow procedural guidelines and take action based on analysis of bankruptcy case
• Effectively communicate findings, issues, and irregularities to management
