SUMMARY

New Credit America is a fast growing, well-funded company based in Portland with a mission of helping consumers across the US restore their financial health. With our continued growth, we are seeking an Account Executive that will work one-on-one with applicants into our consumer finance program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Talking to potential customers to understand and communicate to them how our products can meet their needs.
• Identify our clients’ financial needs and offer information on our financial and credit rebuilder programs.
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients to achieve the best results.
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure we are giving prospective and new customers a great experience.
• Prior to employment, candidate must pass a pre-employment drug and background check. If job responsibilities include sensitive customer information, employee will undergo annual background screening.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Proven relationship building and customer advocacy skills and experience, particularly over the phone.
• Inside sales and/or outbound calling experience is preferred.
• 1-3 years of successful customer service or sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Great track record of dependability, flexibility and integrity.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
