This Production Associate position is responsible for processing the fiber blankets by folding and connecting as part of our manufacturing process.

Great stable work and full benefits at our temperature-controlled plant located in Macedonia, OH.

Core Accountabilities

• Stage, lift, and stack fiber materials

• Operate machinery including forklift, welder, power tools, hand tools and crane

• Manually fold fiber blanket, compress with hands

• Work from elevated platforms, i.e., scaffolding, scissor lift

• Participate in safety related activities such as toolbox talks, safety training, and meetings.

• Wear all proper PPE and conduct workplace safety observations.

• Maintain site and department housekeeping standards.

**Qualifications

**

• High School Diploma or relevant work-related experience.

• Reliability of attendance, ability to work extended overtime as needed

• Some Math required in stacking of material, counting, and the use of tape measure

• Show safe work practice around the facility
