    Job Description This position will help lead product development and management efforts for specific applications within a software suite. You will work closely with our engineering, analytics, and design teams to deconstruct problems into actionable items and assist in creating an execution plan and keeping teams on track.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive software product development with engineers and designers
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, anticipating customer needs and crafting a compelling narrative around new features, use cases, or markets
    • Develop the product roadmap for the System Mechanic suite of products
    • Manage the product lifecycle including Requirement Management, Design, Development, Testing, Integration & Release Management
    • Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, product specifications, and feature requirements
    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
    • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

    Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager in the B2C space
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
    • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
    • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-company teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
    • Experience using SDLC and agile methodologies to execute projects and deliver regular releases

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience); MBA or Master’s Degree a plus.
