Job Description:

• • Inbound Web Leads - INTERESTED customers contact us.
    • We have more inbound leads than we can handle and need real closers that have integrity . In our office, helping people is more important than selling people and if you are willing to take that approach you can be very successful.
    • Inside Sales Reps are responsible for welcoming new leads to our system, finding out WHY they are interested, and building and maintaining a strong business relationship.
    • Top rep’s can identify what a sale sounds and feels like, set an appointment and follow-up.
    • Top rep’s understand that the stronger the relationship built with a prospect the easier it is to persuade them without the feeling of being pressured.
    • Top reps recognize that persuading a prospect rather than pressuring them is the best form of a close.

Job Requirements:

• • Telephone sales experience REQUIRED
    • Must be coachable and open to specialized sales training
    • Must be able to adapt to a consultative sale approach. (not a high pressure one call close environment)
    • Proficient computer skills required
    • Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Confident
    • Well organized
    • Hard-working
    • Proven sales experience - making calls / setting appointments.
