  • Responsibilities

    Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated RealPage Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Lexington, Kentucky . The RealPage Administrator is responsible for reviewing, supporting, and implementing new processes and modules within OneSite Accounting. This role requires a strong understanding of the platform and how interconnected modules (such as Leasing & Rents) impact financial reporting. The administrator will also serve as the primary liaison with RealPage for system support related to Accounting functions.

    Job Details:

    • Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
    • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with RealPage software
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles
    • Advanced technical skills with ability to learn and adapt to system changes
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review RealPage system updates related to Accounting and collaborate with the team to implement changes and provide training
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reporting, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports, as well as create new reports as needed
    • Evaluate AP and AR processes to identify efficiencies and implement RealPage best practices
    • Recommend and implement new system modules in alignment with management direction
    • Serve as the primary liaison with RealPage for troubleshooting and resolution of Accounting and Treasury system issues
    • Test new product functionality and assess impacts on existing processes
    • Set up and onboard new locations within the Accounting system, ensuring a complete and accurate implementation
    • Support special projects as assigned by the CFO
