A -wide platform that guides consultantsthrough every step to execute an engagement while surfacing allour standardization and automation assets at the right time, and atthe right place...This tool will align delivery tasks to our delivery framework,provide integration across all our delivery tools and assets andprovide an opportunity for application of Machine Learning and AIat scale across our practice.The Solution Architect will demonstrate extensive abilities and/or aproven record of success in consulting-related projects within aprofessional services environment, emphasizing leading of teamsinvolved in full life-cycle software and/or multi-disciplinedevelopment, including the following areas:

• Fostering team commitment to tasks and influence keypeople inside and outside of the group;

• Communicating based on the audience (i.e. eliminatingtechnical jargon when needed or deep diving intotechnical details with the development team);

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, buildingrelationships and achieving results without a directreporting relationship;

• Grasping a range of functional and non-functionalrequirements to understand an application scope anddefine the right architecture, including solutioncomponents and interactions;

• Architecting and designing cross industry businesssolutions using industry leading practices in technology,performance and scalability;

• Evaluating, defining, and when necessary prototyping andguiding development teams in a hands-on manner onalternatives to determine the most appropriate approachfor each solution;

• Determining how to satisfy functional requirements usingexisting platform architecture and services, and whereappropriate, work with Platform Architect to help defineand create new services to fulfill particular needs andmake recommendations;

• Collaborating with Platform, Solution, Application and DataArchitects towards creating industry leading approaches,architecture design and solutions in a rapidly evolvingdevelopment environment;Concourse - Solution Architect

• Working with cross functional teams such as engineeringand product management to provide feedback andsupport the evolution of the platform and solutionofferings;

• Providing direction and guidance, hands-on development support, code review, development oversight, and supportto successfully deliver on time with quality;

• Contributing to ongoing process and methodology improvements; and,

• Establishing architecture governance with compliance of technology solutions with architectural patterns and standards.
