Responsibilities: • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • 4+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry • Currently holds a California Real Estate License Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
