Responsibilities: “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Prospect and lead generate through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses, and more. • Represent buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions • Foster client relationships • Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues, and coordinate with third party entities Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job A successful and proven sales history is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Show good organizational and time management skills • Motivated person with the willingness to learn and excel in their field • A great communicator (both oral and written) who loves working with people • Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology Compensation: Up to $100,000+ at plan commission
