We are seeking a Graphic Designer/ Marketing Associate to join our team! The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented. Along with strong communication skills, the applicant should be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office products. The position requires a strong aptitude for quick learning and the ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude. Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing materials for commercial real estate properties, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital ads.

Use Adobe InDesign and Canva to create visually compelling layouts and graphics.

Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.

Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs

Handle graphic projects from start to finish

Develop and maintain image library files

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields

Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Constant Contact and Social Media channels

Creativity, team-spirited and attention to detail a must!

Experience in the real estate industry a plus

Deadline and detail-oriented

Education:

Associate's or Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related major; 2-3 years experience in graphic design or marketing
