    We are in need of a professional College Student to help us recruit driven people that are unhappy with their current careers and have shown an interest in becoming real estate agents. This is a great opportunity for a COLLEGE STUDENT THAT NEEDS 300+ HOURS OF INTERNSHIP IN ORDER TO GET THEIR DEGREE! You’ll be responsible for reaching out to people that sent in an application, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and have great communication skills. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an incredible real estate team. Responsibilities: • Scrub through the applicants we generate, find new talent for our sales team, and reach out and do the first phone interview with the potential new agent using the questions we provide you • Be efficient at explaining our New Agent Bootcamp and give just enough info to create urgency to move on to the second interview • Track results in the computer program and spreadsheet we provide • Put steps in place to add to our Recruiting Manual when you find best practices that will help the next intern to ramp up quicker • Refresh job ad when the computer program says its time Qualifications: Superb time management and organizational skills Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
