Compensation: Full Time | Salary + Commission 1st Year predicted to earn $60,000+ Every Year after 1st Year $100,000+ Responsibilities: • Lead/Contact management • Prospecting and follow-up • Conversational scripting & role playing • Post-sales relationship building • Mastering online lead conversion tactics • Negotiating real estate contracts • Provide exceptional Customer service Qualifications: • Real Estate License, or for an exceptional applicant we will train you to get one! • Requires attention to detail • Requires verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills required • Full Time 40 hrs a week minimum • Sales experience a plus Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 Yearly
